Minutes of the Raintree Lake HOA Board Meeting

The scheduled meeting of the Raintree Lake HOA Committee was conducted on October 17th ,2023 at the association hall. The session started promptly at 18:30 hours with Head of the Board, Mr. David Jones, presiding over the present board members.

The board discussed several matters including the upcoming fall festival, maintenance updates for the swimming pool facilities and resident inquiries about regarding noise ordinances.

Session was adjourned at 8:00 PM following a brief open forum for resident questions and comments.

Proposed Amendments to Raintree Lake HOA Bylaws

The Raintree Lake Homeowners Association will be presenting numerous proposed amendments to the current bylaws at the upcoming monthly meeting on August 2nd. These proposed changes seek to address various issues raised by residents, including modification of parking regulations, and enhancement of community procedures. Residents are strongly encouraged to familiarize themselves with the changes prior to the meeting, as feedback is highly valued in shaping the future of our community.

• Amendments to the pet policy section to promote responsible pet ownership.
• Revisions to the automobile allocation procedures to improve available parking spaces.

Important Update Landscape Maintenance in Raintree Lake

Dear raintree lake homeowners association Residents,

This is to inform you about upcoming changes to landscape maintenance within our beautiful Raintree Lake community. We are making several programs designed to enhance the appearance/beauty/aesthetic appeal of our common areas and improve/upgrade/enhance the overall living experience for all residents.

Starting on late July, we will be making some adjustments to our landscape maintenance routine. This includes more frequent mowing of grass areas and additional landscaping projects. Our dedicated team is focused on delivering exceptional service to ensure that Raintree Lake remains a welcoming/delightful/picturesque community for all.
